Return And Exchange Policy

  • Exchange and return are a guaranteed right for all our customers and includes all the products that we offer on our store
  • . All products offered on our store are subject to an exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
  • Return or exchange can be made if the product is in the same condition as the original at the time of purchase and wrapped in the original packaging.
  • The exchange or return request will be approved within 3 working days.
  • In case of approval of the return and exchange request, the representative will reach the customer within 3-5 working days.
  • Please send a message via WhatsApp to the number shown on the bill of lading to request a return or exchange or contact us via the Contact Us page to request a return or exchange.
  • Please photograph the product and send it specifying the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is corrupt, has a certain defect, or is not used as agreed.
  • The full amount will be refunded to the customer if that the product received is completely different from the product description on the product page of our website.
  • In case Of Return or Exchange Shipping fees will be deducted from customer for 2 Shipments
  • Amount will be transferred to customer after receiving shipment from customer within maximum 7 working days
  • We are not responsible for any expectations of the use of products by the customer that we do not mention on the product page of our site.
